Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund — no need to return the item in most cases. Just send us your order number and a photo of the issue.

For change-of-mind returns, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once we confirm the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
